Shipping Info

• The consultation fee is $50 and will be applied as a deposit toward your custom order if you move forward.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a $48 refund. ($2 processing fee is nonrefundable.) Late cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable.

• A 10-minute grace period is provided. Appointments missed due to client-side technical issues are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

• If you attend the consultation but decide not to proceed, you may request a $23 refund by email within seven calendar days. After seven days, the project will be considered closed and the full consultation fee will be retained.

Submitting a questionnaire, receiving a booking link, or completing a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance. Stellar Black™ may decline projects that fall outside our scope, safety standards, timeline, or capacity.
