Custom orders are designed for clients who want something not currently available in our shop. This process allows for creative personalization while maintaining the safety, quality, and performance standards that Stellar Black™ is known for.

Custom Order FAQs

📦 Custom Order Minimums

Custom projects begin at a $250 minimum spend, which covers design time, sourcing, setup, and production.

Typical starting points include:

  • Candles:
    6 large
    12 medium
    24 small / travel tins
  • Body Care:
    12 units of any one product (butters, or oils)
  • Event Favors / Minis:
    24+ pieces

Additional units are priced per item beyond the $250 minimum.

✨ What We Can Customize

Fragrance


  • Fully custom fragrance blends or scent direction inspired by notes, moods, memories, or references you love

  • All fragrances used are phthalate-free and selected for safe, intended use

Vessels


  • Custom vessel styles, shapes, and colors that are compatible with our wax systems

  • All vessels must be approved and tested by Blerd Essence® to ensure safe burn performance

Labels & Packaging


  • Event-specific or branded labels

  • Custom names, color palettes, and packaging direction

Allergy-Friendly Adjustments (Body Care)


  • Select ingredient swaps for allergies or sensitivities (example: nut-free or coconut-free options)

  • Adjustments are made within our existing, tested base formulas to ensure stability and shelf life

🚫 What We Do Not Offer

To protect quality, safety, and consistency, we do not offer:

  • Entirely new or experimental product formulations

  • Dyes, micas, glitter, or decorative additives

  • Active ingredients that require additional safety or stability testing

  • Untested or unsafe vessels

  • Single-item or ultra-small custom orders

We customize the experience, not the chemistry.

⏳ Production Timeline

Because custom orders are created from scratch:

  • Standard production: 3–6 weeks
  • Larger or complex projects: 6–8 weeks

Production timelines begin only after:

  • Custom Order Terms are reviewed and signed
  • Final designs are approved
  • The remaining balance is paid in full

Rush production may be available and approved on a limited, case-by-case basis for an additional fee.

  • Confirm feasibility within our production scope
  • Establish pricing, minimums, and timelines

Booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope, safety standards, or capacity.
