1. When will my order ship?

  • Current lead times are listed in the announcements section of our site.
  • We ship Monday-Thursday via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Delivery times depend on carrier turnaround once you receive your tracking number.
  • Longer processing times may occur during major sales/holidays. We do not ship on weekends or shipping holidays.

2. What shipping carriers do you use?

  • We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx, based on your selection.
  • Free shipping ($90+ orders) is via USPS or UPS.

3. Where do you ship?

  • Currently, we ship throughout the continental U.S.

4. What if my address is incorrect?

  • We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page. A re-delivery fee will apply.
