What do you mean by “better body care”?
We mean that we focus on ingredients that do their job, fragrance that earns its place, and products that feel as good as they smell.
“Better” doesn’t mean perfect for every person or every skin type. It means we're intentional about what we make and how we make it.
Do you use fragrance?
Absolutely. Scent is kind of our thing.
We use fragrance intentionally and within recommended usage guidelines for each product type. Because fragrance preferences and sensitivities vary, we provide scent descriptions and ingredient information to help you choose what works for you.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Everyone's skin is different. If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and patch testing before use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If you have a known allergy, please don't use a product containing an ingredient you're allergic to.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Our products are cruelty-free, meaning we never test on animals.
While most of our products are vegan, some may contain honey or milk, which will always be noted in the ingredient list for full transparency. Please refer to each product's description for specific ingredient information.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
No—and we don't pretend they are. “Hypoallergenic” doesn't guarantee that a product won't cause a reaction.
We'd rather give you clear ingredient information so you can make the best choice for your skin.

How do I choose a scent online?
Start with the three scent notes listed with each fragrance. They're chosen to tell you what the finished scent actually smells like, not every individual note that might exist in the fragrance.
Then read the scent description for a little more context. We do our best to keep them straightforward (because buying fragrance online is hard enough).
Lastly, we have minis available to test out scents and discover what you like.
How strong are your scents?
We formulate for noticeable, enjoyable fragrance—not to overwhelm you or the room.
Strength and performance can vary by fragrance, product type, environment, and your own scent perception.
Do your body and home fragrances smell exactly the same?
Not always. The same fragrance can behave differently in body oil, body butter, candles, wax melts, and room sprays.
We formulate each product for its intended use, so you may notice slight differences in how a scent develops or performs.

How should I store my products?
Keep body care and home fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Natural changes in texture or appearance can happen with temperature changes, especially with body butters. (This doesn't necessarily mean the product has gone bad).
How long do your products last?
For the best experience, follow any shelf-life or use-by guidance provided with your product. How a product is stored and handled can affect its lifespan.
If something looks, smells, or behaves significantly different from when you purchased it, it's better to stop using it.
My body butter melted. Is it ruined?
Usually, no. Body butter can soften or melt when exposed to heat.
If it melts, shake it gently then place it somewhere cool and allow it to firm back up. The texture may change after melting, but that won't affect its ability to moisturize your skin.
