Consultation Terms + Conditions

A $50 consultation fee is required to reserve your 30-minute consultation and is applied toward your custom order if you move forward.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a partial refund. A $2 non-refundable processing fee is retained, and $48 will be refunded.*

If you attend the consultation but choose not to proceed with a custom order, 50% of the consultation fee is refundable with written notice via email within 7 calendar days of your appointment. In this case, $23 will be refunded ($25 minus the $2 processing fee). *

If no written notice is received within 7 calendar days of the consultation, the project is considered closed and the full $50 consultation fee is retained.

No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable. A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you do not join within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time, the appointment is forfeited.

Appointments missed due to client-side technical issues (internet, device, platform access) are considered no-shows.

A completed intake form is required prior to your appointment. Failure to submit the intake form may result in a shortened or canceled consultation at our discretion.
*Payment processing fees ($2) are non-refundable under any circumstance.
